Junior Player Pathway

We use the internationally recognised Red, Orange, and Green Ball programmes to match coaching to the needs of different age groups and ability levels. The pathway is flexible, continually evolving, and includes both coaching sessions and a variety of supporting events.

Why Our Pathway Works

✔ Matches coaching to children’s physical, mental, and emotional development
✔ Keeps tennis fun, engaging, and social
✔ Builds confidence, teamwork, and resilience
✔ Provides opportunities for competition and progression
